How to Use Good Manners to Grow Your Business

How to Use Good Manners to Grow Your Business
In today's fast-paced, stress-packed workplace, a little
kindness can go a long way to boost your productivity and
your bottom line.

Studies by the Gevity Institute find that a friendlier
workplace can lead to double-digit revenue growth, and that
employee retention also grows with a 15 percent lower rate
of costly employee turnover.

The landmark Baltimore Workplace Civility Study reports
that rude behavior, on the other hand, reduces workforce
productivity by 37 percent. Indeed, according to the study,
"an overwhelming 84 percent believed that efforts to
improve civility in their workplace would increase their
personal productivity."

Whether you are a solo operation or a Fortune 500
executive, here are my :

Top 5 Tips To Foster A Friendly (And More
Productive)Workplace.

1. Say Please and Thank You.

A simple 'please' or 'thank you' is a staple of good
manners. A 'please' can attract a more positive response to
your requests for information, ideas or that extra effort
from co-workers and staff. A simple 'thank you' is a
powerful tool to acknowledge the importance you place on
your clients and staff.

2. Be Phone Friendly.

A negative disposition will quickly sour any phone call.
Here's a trick used by early-morning radio personalities on
days they'd rather sleep in. First, stretch your chest and
shoulder muscles to loosen up your diaphragm. Your voice
will be more clearly understood. Second, stretch your mouth
into a huge, friendly smile and keep that smile in place
during your conversation. It works!

3. Overpower Negatives.

Don't let negative outcomes or rude behavior by others
impede your performance. Overpower a negative with a
positive. If you fail, make it a positive learning
experience. React positively to negative behavior by
focusing on solving the problem, not unproductively
obsessing on the rude way the problem was presented.

4. Be Flexible.

The old adage that 'whatever can go wrong, will go wrong'
is true in business as it is in your personal life.
Sometimes, despite your best efforts, there will be wrong
outcomes. Be flexible as your pro-active weapon against
responding negatively to such events. In fact, write the
words "Be Flexible" on a piece of paper and post it at your
workstation to remind you.

5. Mind Your Email Manners.

In today's frenetic workplace, firing off a quick email
without first taking a minute or two to think about how
your message will be perceived is a fast way to lose your
good will. Before you hit the "send" button, re-read and
edit your message. Can you add a please or thank you?

Internet Fax Buying Guide (What you need to know before buying any online fax service?)

Internet Fax Buying Guide (What you need to know before buying any online fax service?)
Before acquiring any Internet Fax service you must ask some
pertinent questions before you sign on the dotted line.
Remember, getting a fax number and service for your
business or company should have your full attention because
this is a long-term service and doing your homework now can
save you significant money over the long haul.

Besides, picking the RIGHT fax service provider will help
you avoid serious problems/headaches down the road. More
importantly, like any business service you must make doubly
sure you get a high quality reliable service that will
enhance your business and not hinder it.

So with these concerns in mind, here are some basic
questions you should ask before buying any Internet fax
service.

* Questions About The Company

Who owns the company? How long have they been operating?
How many customers/clients do they have? How good is their
support? Basically, you want to do some research on the
Internet fax company you're thinking about using. Check out
the company's history by doing a BBB search to see if there
are any major complaints about the company or service.

Check to see if there's a trial period and if there is a
30-day money-back guarantee if things don't work out. Most
legitimate fax companies provide this feature.

Find out how long they have been operating and find out
what their support is like? Check out the online fax forums
to see how the different companies are rated? What problems
are discussed? Check these forums to see what the support
is like for a company and/or if there are any problems with
using a particular fax company.

Keep in mind, many fax service providers have their own
forums... check these to see how well questions are
answered and how quickly problems are solved. You can even
monitor these forums for a few days just to see how quickly
problems are dealt with?

Remember to ask around to see if you can find actual users
of a particular fax service, there is nothing as good as
first-hand experience and advice when choosing a service.
MicroSoft's Office Marketplace is a good place to start.

* Questions About Your New Fax Number:

First, you will want to check to see what type of fax
number is supplied by the fax provider - local number with
your same area code or a Toll-free number? Can you get
inbound numbers in a different country in case you want to
create a virtual presence there?

Check to see if a fax provider recycles old fax numbers? On
rare occasions this could present a problem with you
receiving someone else's faxes. Keep this in mind if you
discontinue your fax number, especially if you were
receiving sensitive faxes through your number.

* Questions About The Transmission of Faxes:

How do I send faxes? You want to know the exact procedure
for your chosen fax provider? Is there a desktop or email
application I can use to send and receive faxes? Does it
work with Windows Applications?

Is there an online interface or site where I can send and
receive my faxes? (Most fax services have this.) Can I
store my faxes online? If so, how much disc space is
provided and how long before my faxes are deleted? Can I
track the process of my faxes online? Can I track how much
each fax costs?

What attachment file formats are used by your prospective
fax provider? Most use the TIFF (Tagged Image File) format
but other popular ones are Acrobat PDF, JPEG/JPG and GIF.
If you have or use a different format, check with the
provider to see if they can handle it.

Can you change your email address to where your faxes are
sent? Can you have multiple email addresses? Do you have
control over your fax identifier (CSID) for outbound faxes?
The CSID is used to identify the sender of the fax and is a
legal requirement in many locations.

Finally, if security is a real concern, you must ask
whether or not your fax provider can send encrypted/signed
email? Encryption ensures only you and the receiver sees
your faxes. Can your faxes be sent and received via email
with PGP encryption?

* Questions About Fax Broadcasting:

Does your fax provider offer Fax Broadcasting - sending the
same fax to hundreds or thousands of recipients? This is
useful in a business setting for such things as
Newsletters, Press Releases, Special Sales or Deals - not
to be confused with Junk Faxes, which is similar to email
Spam!

If you or your company does a lot of legitimate faxing, you
must check to see if your fax provider is completely
scalable to meet your company's growing faxing needs? Can
you easily get multiple fax numbers for different
departments or agents? Can it handle high volumes on short
notice?

* Questions About The Costs of Faxing:

Perhaps the most important questions you have to ask
concerns the cost or price of your online faxing. Are there
any set-up costs? Are there any hidden fees? Is there a
trial version you can start with? Is there a money-back
guarantee if you're not satisfied with the service?

Fax services are paid for by subscriptions - you must check
to see if it's a yearly or monthly subscription? Most
companies give you an option and if you buy an annual
subscription, you usually get a discount - check this?

Regardless of how you pay, you must check how many faxes
can you send and/or receive each month with your
subscription? Fax companies all have different plans and
fees... so it pays to shop around... most services go for
around $10-$15 a month. Heavier volume faxing will be more
expensive. Also check to see if there is custom pricing for
companies?

What are your provider's international fax rates? This is
something you should really check out as you will have to
pay more for these types of faxes. If I go over my limit,
what are the costs of sending faxes? Receiving faxes?

Remember, as a general rule of thumb, page calculations are
done based on fax time with the 60-second per page limit as
standard. Most faxes are less than 40 seconds, but faxes
with large graphics may be counted as two or more pages.
Some fax providers base their fax rates on a per/minute
fee... 5 cents a minute.

When considering the costs of your Internet faxing, you
have to remember, with online faxing you won't have the
cost of a fax machine, or the cost of a second phone line.
Plus, you won't have to pay ink, toner and paper costs.

Overall, Internet faxing is a good viable alternative to
the old fax machine. It offers some very distinct
advantages because it is completely mobile, you can send
your faxes anytime, anywhere. And since it is computer and
Internet based, it can be much more efficient than the old
fax machine.

Are you intimidated by your clients?

Are you intimidated by your clients?
Did you know that your thoughts literally make or break
your ability to attract local or global clients in large
numbers? The frustrating thing is that many independent
consultants and self-employed people are clutched by an
unseen enemy, which is their thoughts, and their confusion
is endless because they are not sure what has happened or
what is happening. Their world seems to be turning upside
down, because their thoughts are focused on lack and
limitation.

You need to have serious confidence and authority about
what you offer. If you are intimidated by clients, then a
prospect is simply not going to have confidence that
working with you is the answer to their problems. They'll
ignore, mock, or even question whether you're really good
at what you do and then decide they'll keep looking. When
that happens it often leads to your anger or resentment -
sometimes both. This negative energy is then quite
frequently misdirected, possibly at your clients and loved
ones, which then causes an entirely new set of problems.

Here's what I've discovered in virtually every country of
the world you can find individuals, thousands of them,
walking the streets with degrees in their hands...degrees
from prestigious universities. They cannot find work or
clients. Why? These individuals view the conditions and
circumstances that surround them as very frightening. In
the past, individuals were recognized and rewarded for what
they knew and who they knew. Corporations waited on the
sidelines dangling monetary rewards attempting to attract
the graduates from the big name universities of the world.
The rules have changed; you are now rewarded for how you
are known.

So, how are you known by your clients? Are you known as
confident? Are you known as being open to working with
other cultures? Our clients are continually preparing
themselves to adapt to changes. Rather than reacting they
are responding to these changes and they are responding in
an appropriate manner. They are becoming leaders, and they
are learning that:

1.Local prospects want to work with people who are certain
about their abilities.

2.Ethnic prospects want to work and learn from an authority
on a subject.

3.Global prospects are looking for someone confident about
the results they offer.

4.All prospects are silently begging to be led!

From this moment forward, you cannot afford to be timid
about what you offer. You've got to have total confidence
about what you do. Not only that, you've got to express
that confidence in a way that makes the prospect feel
confident about your abilities.

Your job is not to sell. Your job is to create high-trust
and low-tension relationships that will help prospects with
deep pockets get out of their own way to achieving whatever
it is that they want and could use your help with. The way
you do that is by showing authority on your product or
service, and expressing your capability about the results
they'll get with you. And it's all in your way of thinking.

So, be yourself, be a leader, and start speaking with
authority from this moment forward. Realize the world has
changed. We live in the new era. This is a spiritual world
governed by exact laws. Everyone who studies these laws and
incorporates them into every aspect of their life will be
richly rewarded. It doesn't take much, and yet I guarantee
you'll start attracting more clients than you are now. It
works!

How do you become a better leader?

How do you become a better leader?
Some people in leadership positions, especially when they
are relatively fresh in the role, wonder how they can
become a better leader. The other circumstance for those
that are at it a while longer is the frustration or lack of
satisfaction you get when things don't work the way they
should or you expect them to. There is a fundamental
tendency to look for outside causes or reasons before
looking at ourselves. Recently at a seminar in Ohio,
Antonio Thorton said something very profound that fits
really well for leaders and individuals in authority
positions:

"If you want to keep getting what you're getting, keep
doing what' you're doing!"

This goes for the performance results of your team members
and those you lead, the work product, the participation in
class, or during meetings, - pretty much every walk of life
or work you encounter. If you really want to be the role
model and the leader you are capable of, you need to ask
yourself what you have been doing to cause the results you
are getting.

Gordon Selfridge summed it up like this:

- The boss drives people ; the leader coaches them

- The boss depends on authority; the leader on good will

- The boss inspires fear; the leader inspires enthusiasm

- The boss says: "I"; the leader says "WE"

- The boss fixes the blame for the breakdown; the leader
fixes the breakdown

- The boss says "Go"; the leader says "LET's Go!"

In my experience there are two main areas to look at:

1. Skills

2. Attributes

Skills is something you have learned and keep applying and
refining. Most of the time your skills are not what causes
the results to be as they are (unless you are in a
profession that depends on your manual skills, like a
carpenter, tile setter, etc.)

Attributes is where it is. How ambitious are you? How
confident can you be about yourself and your team? How much
of a role model have you been, and most importantly, how
clearly have the visions, strategies, and goals been
developed and communicated among those from who you are
getting what you're getting?

The Performance IQ system I use for assessments and
coaching is a great first step to explore and discover what
your own Performance IQ actually is and how you score
across 12 drivers which determine your attributes for
success. There is a place on the internet where you can go
and test yourself by looking for the search term
PerformanceIQ. Should anybody decide to do this, you need
to enter the abbreviation AMC in the form where the company
goes to get an evaluated result.

In case you are on the fence but still would like to get
yourself on the path to success, try this approach:

"To get what you desire, change what doesn't work today!"

Strategic Influence - Packing an ethical persuasive punch!

Strategic Influence - Packing an ethical persuasive punch!
If one googles the phrase "Strategic Influence" we see
literally thousands of references to a controversial
department of the Pentagon established by the US in the
advent of the war in Iraq which has since been disbanded.
In contrast the humble program designed several years ago
for AIM has arguably less 'reach' .... but is still running.

More and more those working for organisations realise the
critical importance of being able to wield personal power
and the eroded impact and acceptability of positional power
in all but a few select (aka military or emergency
services) organisations, and even then, only when they are
responding to 'crisis'. This has partly occurred because of
the generational shift in the workplace and the fact that
many employees left home in their 20's so that no one would
tell them what to do anymore. But it is also because much
of what an organisation has to do these days to earn true
competitive and sustainable advantage revolves around
values and culture, ethics and social conscience which are
all intangible 'soft' aspects of business. One can't force
attitudinal change in the way one can rationalise a product
line.

A discussion of strategic influence, namely the very
deliberate joining of two words, must firstly be
precipitated by a discussion on influence and its uneasy
bedfellow, manipulation. It could be argued that both are
underpinned by intent, utilise power, both have impact on
relationships, both can get results and both can generate
choices in the recipient of the respective influence or the
manipulation. However influence is more likely to involve
the sharing of complete and balanced information that
affords "effective choice", utilises persuasive power
rather than coercive power, tends to engender ownership,
not resentment or manipulation's best case scenario,
forced compliance.

I have a confession to make. We are tragics of the hit
series "24" at our place. Six seasons later, what is the
extraordinary enduring appeal of the character Jack Bauer
that goes beyond the action-packed style of the show and
its real time competitive advantage? He faces moral
dilemmas, as the singularly focussed operative, who has
blinding clarity about the outcomes he needs to achieve ( a
few hours to save LA) and a situational context that
somehow makes torture permissible to viewing audiences in
their millions. Yes, there is a good dose of coercive
power but he is totally transparent regarding his intent
with the bad guy protagonist ("You have information we need
and I'm going to get it"), provides the rationale
("Otherwise thousands of innocent people will die") and
gives the person an explicit choice ("Tell me what I need
to know or I'll hurt you"). Could any organisation employ
the same communication tactics to get the job done and ever
be regarded as an employer of choice? I think not. The
context relevant to the Counter Terrorist Unit in LA
somehow makes his actions credible, at least for the
viewer, if not, perhaps, for the bad guy!

So might some say there are times when the end justifies
the means? Ethically speaking, in our lines of work, that
doesn't hold. Strategically? If one considers that rarely
in life is anything a one-shot deal, then coercive
persuasion and its evil twin manipulation are risky because
of the likely adverse impact on the relationship assuming
the 'manipulatee' catches on. The manipulatee is likely to
feel any/all of "mad", "sad" "bad" or "had".

Predictably I am advocating for influence over manipulation
although there are times as a parent when I need to put my
glasses on to see the very fine (read as imperceptible!)
line between a threat and a logical consequence. I am sure
to the child they are often one and the same and I am left
to rationalise that it was my intent (ie what was in my
head, agent of change or axe murderer) that dictates the
difference. Thus even when intent is pure, perception
counts for much.

Perhaps you are sold on the idea that influence is the way
to go. The reality is that we are only one half of the
influence transaction and as long as we are not Tom Hanks
living on an island with only a Wilson volleyball for
company, then the reaction of different parties; possessing
different needs, personalities and values will be variable.
Effective influence requires behavioural and communication
flexibility.

What is perhaps a little daunting, even onerous, is that
even if we've committed to influence over manipulation as a
way of life, and recognised the critical importance of
shared value and behavioural dexterity, influence must
still have a purpose. Thus strategic influence involves
the consideration of context and the pursuit of
premeditated outcomes, sometimes the use of
frameworks/tools eg. gatekeeper analysis or a comms.
strategy that informs a strategic approach, rather than
adopting a simple position on something and trying to beat
or wear down the other party. Yes, when we attempt to
persuade we are trying to create movement in the other
person and that may involve espousing evidence, selling
benefits and establishing the correct emotional match with
the audience. Being purposeful however separates the
expert persuader from the good communicator.

So context, situational versatility and purposeful pursuit
of outcomes are what characterise Strategic Influence.
However those elite persuaders who, along with the
agreements they strike, endure, do so because they have
found an exquisite balance between the ongoing relationship
with the other party, the respect for choice and genuine
empowerment and the outcomes they seek to achieve. In
aspiring for that balance they know that long after they
have left the room, their impact is felt in the genuine
commitment of people around them to achieve what they on
their own, could not.

Young Entrepreneurs Success Tips

Young Entrepreneurs Success Tips
If you want the freedom to choose how to spend your time,
how you spend your days and the ability to choose who you
want to work with then starting a business might be right
for you.

In today's age, building a business has never been easier
and the potential rewards are larger than ever. While your
friends are still living at home with their parents, you
could build a business that helps you afford the lifestyle
you want. And thanks to the Internet, young entrepreneurs
can build a global business that puts you on the same
playing field as major corporations.

Before starting a business, there are several steps future
young entrepreneurs can take that will facilitate your
success. There are seven foundation steps that will help
you to build a profitable business, fast.

Get your mind right. The first step to building a
profitable business is for young entrepreneurs to develop
their mental muscles and start thinking with positive end
results in mind. Getting your mind right will allow you to
keep focused and on course even when others try to
contaminate you with negativity.

Set goals. Before starting your business, day dream about
how you see this business growing and picture your
day-to-day role within your company. Write your dreams
down on paper. Goals are simply your dreams put onto paper
with a plan to achieve them.

Once you have your goals written down, review them often.
The more you read and believe your goals the faster you
will get to where you want to go. Take some time before
you go to bed to visualize your goals coming true. It's
true - what you think about you become.

Focus on the greater good. This is especially true for
young entrepreneurs. By starting a business that creates a
positive change in the world you will reap the rewards.
When you start a business that helps people, you'll have
positive forces working in your favor. So not only does
doing the right thing help others, eventually it helps you,
the Good Samaritan, as well.

Build your credit. Having excellent credit is a young
entrepreneur's best friend. With good credit you will have
access to low cost capital. This may not be important when
you first start; however, as your business grows, you may
need business loans to expand your business faster. That's
when having good business credit will pay off.

Open up the Right Accounts. Another critical element for
young entrepreneurs to set up before starting a business is
their bank accounts. A checking and savings accounts
should be set up as soon as possible. The sooner you
establish a relationship with a bank, the more benefits you
will receive in the future.

Be sure to choose a bank that has services you need now and
will need in the future. Being a young entrepreneur, you
want to find a bank that offers business loans, merchant
services, business accounts and additional services you may
need as your business starts to take off.

Build your team. With twenty to forty percent of your
income going to pay taxes, the first members on your team
should include a qualified tax advisor. Be sure to choose
a tax advisor that has experience preparing business taxes.

Another member of your team, that you need before you
invest money into a business, are mentors that have
experience in the business you want to start. Having a
mentor does not mean you need to hire a personal mentor
coach. In today' age, a quick search online and you can
find books, videos and webinars of people that have
experience in the business you're looking to start.

Start a business you like. The last and most important
piece of advice for young entrepreneurs is to choose a
business that you enjoy. What is it that you're into?
Figure out how you want to live, how you want to spend your
days and with whom you want to work with - then find a
business to start that fits your lifestyle goals.

DO IT! Now that you have the foundation in place, get
going on your business idea.

Be On Time!

Be On Time!
You know the old saying: "He'd be late to his own funeral."
Not so funny when careers and friendships expire after too
many missed deadlines by the chronically tardy among us.

Here are Six Ways To Never Be Late Again

1. Reset Your Internal Clock.

In today's hectic world, it's often too easy to convince
ourselves that we will have enough time to meet a deadline.
Reset your internal clock to accommodate your habits. If
you tend to be fifteen minutes late for every meeting or
event, reset your internal clock to be there fifteen
minutes early. Ditto if you tend to be 30 minutes late.
You'll welcome the extra time to read a magazine article
you bring along, check your cell phone messages, write down
a new idea or spend the extra minutes to mentally prepare
to be at your best.

2. Go By Real Time, Not Wishful Thinking

You can't wish the next hour into becoming two, so be
realistic about deadlines. Pro-actively letting your boss
or mate know that you can't complete an activity in an hour
(when you know it will take two) will produce more
productive results than the trouble that comes later by
promising what you can't deliver. Be honest with yourself
and with others.

3. Make and Manage a Daily Time Schedule

The quickest way to see how much time you will have in your
day is to begin your day by writing down all the tasks you
hope to accomplish. Eliminate those you can accomplish
another day to give yourself more time to circle and
complete the most important tasks first.

4. Eliminate Distractions

Don't let the threat of distractions ruin your day's
schedule and make you late. Vow not to check email, make a
call or answer your cell phone 30 minutes before a deadline
or your departure for an appointment.

5. Just Say No

Often, it's the inability to say "No" that leads to missed
deadlines and late arrivals. If you can't do more than what
already is on your day's schedule, politely decline and
include an explanation for why you don't have the time.
Example: "No. I wish I could, but I have two appointments
this afternoon." Practice makes perfect, so practice saying
a polite "No" in front of your mirror.

6. Don't Be A Party To Others Being Tardy

Others being tardy can make you late in meeting your goals,
too. Be considerate in your requests to others, recognizing
that you might be setting someone else up to be late by
setting strict deadlines. Ask if more time is needed, and
be willing to compromise. Your rewards likely will be a
stronger relationship and a job well done in gratitude.

What do I really know about me?

What do I really know about me?
I have ten questions you should ask yourself in preparation
for self-improvement.

Be all you can be, but it's not always in the Army. I often
see myself as somewhat contented with my life the way
things are, but of course it's hard to think of anything
else when where are the real issues to be discussed.

Still I aspire for something deeper and more meaningful.

So we're all pelted with problems. Honestly it shouldn't
even bother or even hinder us to becoming all we ought to
be. Aspirations as kids should continue to live within us,
even though it would be short-lived or as long as we could
hold on to the dream. They say "you can't teach an old dog
new tricks" or can they?

1. What do I really want? What is my why? How big is my
Why? The biggest question of the ages you have to face. So
many things you want to do with your life and so little
time to even go about during the day.

Find something that you are good at can help realize that
small step towards improvement. Diligence is the key to
know that it is worth it.

2. Should I really change? Or Do I really need change?
Today's generation has taken another level of redefining
'self', or at least that's what the kids are saying. Having
an army of teenage nieces and nephews has taught me that
there are far worse things that they could have had than
acne or maybe even promiscuity. So how does that fit into
your lifestyle?

If history has taught us one thing, it's the life that we
have gone through. Try to see if partying Seventies style
wouldn't appeal to the younger generation, but dancing is
part of partying. Watch them applaud after showing them how
to really dance than break their bones in break-dancing.

3. What's the upside in all of this? I is there a down side
to off of this? With so much is happening around us there
seem to be no room for even considering that light at the
end of the tunnel. We can still see it as something
positive without undergoing so much scrutiny. And if it's a
train at the end of the tunnel, take it for a ride and see
what makes the world go round!

4. Am I comfortable with what I'm doing? Can I face myself
in the mirror? There's always the easy way and the right
way when it comes to deciding what goes with which shoes,
or purse, shirt and whatnot. It doesn't take a genius to
see yourself as someone unique, or else we'll all be
equally the same in everything we do. Variety brings in
very interesting and exciting questions to be experimented.

5. Have I done enough for myself? Is there enough of ME
left? Have you, or is there something more you want to do?
Discontentment in every aspect can be dangerous in large
doses, but in small amounts you'll be able to see and do
stuff you could never imagine doing.

6. Am I happy at where I am today? I always love myself.
(Affirmations work) It's an unfair question so let it be an
answer! You love being a good and loving mom or dad to your
kids, then take it up a notch! Your kids will love you
forever. The same goes with everyday life!

7. Am I appealing to the opposite sex? I am still appealing
to my spouse? So maybe I don't have an answer to that, but
that doesn't mean I can't try it, though. Whether you
shape-up, change the way you wear your clothes or hair, or
even your attitude towards people, you should always
remember it will always be for your own benefit.

8. How much could I have? How much can I give away? I
suppose in this case there is no such thing as having
things too much or too little, but it's more on how badly
you really need it. I'd like to have lots of money, no
denying that, but the question is that how much are you
willing to work for it? How much once you have it are you
willing to give away?

9. What motivates me? Back to What is my Why and How Big is
my Why. What motivates you? It's an answer you have to find
out for yourself. There are so many things that can make
everyone happy, but to choose one of the may be the hardest
part. It's not like you can't have one serving of your
favorite food in a buffet and that's it. Just try it piece
by piece.

10. What is really between my ears? Has self talk killed
the real me? So what really makes you tick? You can be just
about anything you always wanted to be, but to realize that
attaining something that may seem very difficult is already
giving up before you even start that journey. Always
remember, that self-improvement is not just about the
physical or philosophical change you have to undergo, but
it's something that you really want.

Remember, Self talk and Affirmations go miles in
reprogramming the old you into a great and awesome you. Us
them everyday in every way and you will see a new you that
you will love and we can all live with. Go forth and live
because if you are not giving, then you are not living. So
know you know about yourself, what are you going to do with
that knowledge? It is all up to you.
